Freelance work with The Sangria Lady

OBJECTIVE

Develop fresh identities for different products under "The Sangria Lady" label in an inclusive way. Redefine what it means to the company to be "sassy" and "classy.” Help to strengthen the visual personality of the company on social media.

AUDIENCE INSIGHTS

Tasked with redefining the customer profiles to prevent strict, possibly alienating archetypes. I learned the first decision consumers make when purchasing wine is wether they want red or white. I wanted to deviate from red being “sassy” and white being “classy” to evolve the branding to encompass more person-alities and reach more clients.

RESULTS

I was able to help develop the graphic identity of The Sangria Lady and develop personalities of the wines that broadened client base. I created more inclusive ideas surrounding the adjectives "classy" and "sassy,” emboldening clients to think differently about what it means to be classy or sassy.

PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT

This was one of my first freelance clients. I learned how to refine and redirect a strategy in a way that satisfies clients and improves the brand. I learned the basics of client management and managing multiple opinions and parties.
