Marketing team member for the Women of Isenberg Conference

OBJECTIVE

Entered the WoI team with the goal of unifying our social platforms through a creative rebrand. I wanted to develop a more concrete identity in tandem with discovering better ways to reach students through different channels.

AUDIENCE INSIGHTS

Our targets were students, sponsorship, and community members. I found stronger engagement through posting interesting graphics and content rather than posting our previous, solely promo-tional content.

RESULTS

Over the course of one year, I was able to aid in 75% audience growth online along with an exceptional attendance rate for virtual conference events. We became recognized as a more socially aware and thoughtful organization among the Isenberg community. I built a formidable brand and design identity for WoI.

PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT

Received recognition within Isenberg for my strong visual communication skills, ultimately providing me with opportunities to spearhead campaign initiatives, assist with official brand guide alterations and updates, and become the go-to member for visual identity information.
